		<description>Thank you this is a great site.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I suppose I am an employer. A trustee Of a Voluntary Organization. We have been restructuring and had to make some staff redundant. It’s been hell and we have tried hard to do things right. Information has seemed to be based on what you won’t get sued for, or what is the minimum you can do - as opposed to what is right. More info on this would be good. Thanks</description>
