I guess my one other contribution, although I stress it may not be the right course for you, is to simply give up and move elsewhere. Take a long look at your job, and work out if you could get something similar down the road and just have done with the idiots that employ you at the moment. Sometimes the battle just isn't worth it. 		<description>I think this is the best advice ive seen ..I am in the middle of a fight with a company who consists of directors speaking to me in risk free enviroments ..or should i say threatning ..Im very scared but have had enough ...i wanted to try and find a solicitor who would take a risk and help the people who need it ..I hope there is one out there who remembers times in their lives where they were in dire need of help.I have no money but I have good heart I am being bullied but no way to go Give me the name of someone that may help me plezzzzzzzzzzzz</description>
