<description>Hopefully the new Agency Workers Regulations that are due to come out in October 2011 will shed some light onto the subject

		<description>Dear Sir/Madam:
I have been working for one of London&#039;s councils for two years now and my employment had been arranged by staffing agency.
I do precisely the same work as regular employees, have set hours.
work under the direct supervision of the council&#039; line manager. have been provided with the tools, uniforms and company&#039;s badge.
Regardless of the EU Directive to be implemented ( nobody knows when/if) can I be under my circumstances be regarded as en EMPLOYEE
and not WORKER and could ge them afford me the equal rights now ?

Would be very grateful for your stand on this matter

Thank you in advance
