I do not think the Employment Appeal Tribunal practice what they preach, the EAT is an institution that encourages discrimination and practice injustice. The Judges are not monitored hence they can do whatever they wish and pass judgment based on race and dislike. The media should be the judge for the public but they themselves are not doing anything about it. It is suppose to be a free and fair society but most people suffer because of their race and colour. The system has failed so many and organisations are taking advantage of their public position and power in order to victimise workers. Corrupt practicein the court room.
