		<description>This doesnt quite make sense to say the least! It does make sense however that the agreement will be backed up in writing. This will cover any potential issues from happening in the immediate future.</description>

		<description>Is it not normal practice to discuss CFA&#039;s with clients at the beginning? Our solicitor has already charged us approx £20000 for an employment law case and has now suggested that he may agree to complete the case, wich is listed for mid Dec, for 35% of the award.
Thus, if the award were£50000, his costs would be ££37500 plus disbursements and counsels costs. This hardly seems fair, does it?</description>
