Table of Changes

This is a useful table showing whether the Equality Act 2010 will affect different areas of legislation. Between now and October links will be added to articles explaining the changes heralded by the Act, meaning that this page will serve as a contents page to a complete guide.

“No Changes” denotes that there is already protection against this type of discrimination, and the nature of this protection remains unchanged. Important note: this table is based on one produced by Acas, and the initial hard work should be credited to them. A copy of their table is available in pdf format here.
